Interally, you could be asking yourself "How come such a big problem happen to me?". Your mind will start to search for reasoning that it is a big problem or it will search for the reasoning that you are very misfortunate. From another angle, you can ask yourself "How can I solve this great chanllenges? Who can help me in this? What would ??(the person who you know that is highly successful in this area of work) think about this and what will he do to resolve this situation?". Your mind will then focus on the resources within for the best possible option
